Since joining the Hafod Mastering team in 2010 Gethin John has been working alongside Donal Whelan, learning the subtle arts of the mastering engineer craft.

Straddling the worlds of mixing and audio mastering, Gethin is also a mix engineer and producer, giving him a slightly different perspective and an understanding of where your music is coming from when you're ready for mastering.

Continuing the Hafod Mastering tradition of putting communication and the personal touch at the forefront of everything we do, Gethin makes sure that you will get exactly what you are looking for out from your mastering project.

Most of the audio mastering processing is done in the analogue domain, quite simply because it makes your music sound better.
